Another fabulous hit from Heather Long for the 1Night Stand series! I love Military romances and her Always A Marine series is amazingly awesome. Each addition connects with the one before it, but each one can be read separate. They’re short, hot and oh so awesome to read!
This installment brings us to Jack Westwood, discharged Marine Psychologist for the Mike’s House in Allen Texas. Under orders of Captain Luke Dexter, he’s one of the members of the staff of former Marines who are signed up with Madame Evangeline’s 1Night Stand site. Arriving at the private club he’s to meet his date at, he’s shocked to find that it’s none other than his all time favorite actress, Lauren Kincaid.
Lauren Kincaid is ready to take charge and do something for herself in life. Always playing roles in movies, she’s never free to be herself and just talk to someone. After her agent sets her up with a 1Night Stand date, she’s nervous and excited at the same time. When she lays eyes on her date, she’s amazed. Even more amazed to find that her date is a psychologist and doesn’t mind her going on and on about her life.
When the date takes a turn and Jack has to meet a patient, Lauren goes with him, and surprises him. One night will never be enough for the Marine…….or the actress.
This is definitely another 5 Book worthy story! I am not ready to see the Marines say goodbye yet so I’m anxious to jump on the next one and see what Ms. Long has in store for her fans with the next installment! Great job, Ms. Long!
