Tessa’s Dilemma, the second book in the ‘Tess Series’, opens with Tessa reflecting over her first training experiences. She has her Master, she knows she needs this in her life, but there is one huge problem. Master is married.

Tessa meets a wonderful man from the vanilla world and despite knowing in her heart that she belongs where she is, she has truly come to wonder what other options she has for this new relationship.

Does having a Master necessarily mean that she can’t have a boyfriend in the vanilla world? Can she possibly keep her BDSM life separate from her vanilla life?

These decisions weigh heavily on Tessa and to complicate matters even more, at the very point she believes she knows what she must do, Master ups the stakes.

Warning: Tessa’s Dilemma plays heavily on the mental aspects of BDSM. The romance is intense, the scenes passionate and indicative of a true D/s relationship.

My Review:
Have you ever come across a book that you loose yourself in so completely that you don’t realize you’ve come to the end? You’re lost in an atmosphere of complete contentment? That’s what Tessa’s book has done to me. When I completed this second book, I wasn’t ready for the ending and when I reached it, I just sat there, reflecting. Tessa’s writing style is beyond captivating, in my honest opinion.

Tessa is back and has a dilemma this time around. She’s falling in love. In love with her Master. He’s completely dominated her, body and soul. She doesn’t want it to end. Of course, he’s 20 years her senior, but that doesn’t stop her from falling. He’s taken her bland vanilla life and treated her to a lifestyle of kink and passion, pleasure and pain. He takes her into subspace in a way she never dreamed she could experience. But, her dilemma is this: what will she do about it? Dare she tell him how she feels? After all,he’s a married man. She wants kids; he can’t have them. But, the trust that she has invested in him is so intensely deep, how can she move past what she’s learned and experienced? How can she let go of her heart? When she takes a step into the world, at his insistence, she finds she may be able to do just that. Until she receives one 5 word text message.

Charles is in a dilemma, too. Out of all his subs, Tessa is the one that tugs his heart the most. Though he’s married, he’s fallen in love with her. He loves her so wholly and completely that he knows he has to let her go since he will never end his marriage. She deserves kids and love of a man outside their lifestyle. But, will he be able to let her go after seeing her commit to him so completely? Can he let her go, no strings attached, and keep guarding his heart?

This book is filled with incredible messages of complete trust. Trusting someone to give their last breath for you, or take you over the edge and make sure that you are brought down safely, is incredible. I’ve never known that kind of trust, but I could feel Tessa’s submission to Charles as if I was Tessa for a time. Most definitely a passion filled, moving story worthy of 4 Books. From BDSM to passionate love, this book will take you away on a roller coaster of emotions. I can’t wait to see where Tessa ends up next in the final installment of The “Tess” Trilogy. Well done, Ms. Wanton!

Hi Molly! Thank you for a brilliant review! Well, the third book is in for editing now and should be released in the next few months, so not long to wait – and it’s a full novel to finish, I just couldn’t stop writing their tale!

Also – just to note that I wrote a short called ‘Becoming the Master’ which explains a little more about His Dilemma with Tess… Set a long time before they met, He tells in His own words how He became a Dominant Master.

Thanks again and have a wonderful weekend!
