On her fortieth birthday, Robin Covington decided that having a mid-life crisis and finding a boy-toy were far too tacky, so she delved a little deeper into the “bucket list” and pulled out the long-shelved dream of becoming an author. Now, she spends her time writing sizzling romance where the hero and heroine can’t keep their hands off each other.

She doesn’t miss the boy-toy at all.

My Review:
Robin Covington has just become my new favorite romance author! Wow and wow again! This is her debut book, and what an incredible gripping, super hawt debut. From start to finish, I was completely engaged with what the characters had going on and didn’t want the book to end. Added to the mix is a perfect amount of mystery to liven up the story even more.

Kayla wants to change her life, and in doing so, she’s decide on a one night stand, no strings attached. She wants to feel incredible when it’s over and then walk away. Sitting in a bar, having a dream, she spies the super sexy, tall-dark-handsome Jackson and it’s on from there. But will that one night of amazing southern comfort ever be enough for the Doctor?

What Jackson doesn’t realize is that his one night stand….happens to be his next assignment. He can’t risk loosing his job at the FBI, so he vows to keep it on the up & up professional level. Yea, that’s what he tells his mind, anyway. He’s not sure his heart will listen, especially when the stalker gets to close. But, can he convince the sexy Doctor that one lie is all he told? That his secrets are now in the open? Or will he looses his assignment, his heart and his job all at once?

This was amazing! I know I can’t say it enough, that’s for sure! This beyond 5 Book worthy debut will forever be on my eReader and I will be happy to go back and read it time and again. I definitely think you should go and grab a copy of this now. You’ll be like me in the end….wanting more and more of this talented lady’s work. Bring on the next, Ms. Covington!
