5/5 Books
Chef Michelle Hutton flees her controlling mother in the UK for the sun and freedom of Greece, longing for a new beginning and maybe just a bit of Zante’s local heat. Sexy, pro-bono lawyer Sam Clarke might just be the one to teach her to let go. He’s sexy, capable, and totally in control. And too damn hard to resist.
Sam Clarke and his best friend had once been the baddest boys to hit the local party scene—sex, booze, and more sex—until his friend is killed. Sam turned his back on the blatant sexuality of the island years ago, but can’t resist Michelle’s desire to bask in the sun and explore the need that grows between them.

My Review:
Okay. Now that the technical issues are over, I’m back with the full review!
Rachel Leigh has created a stellar book! Hot Summer Sands will grip you instantly and keep you hooked until the end. From the start, I felt a connection with Michelle and Sam and I really loved seeing the sparks sizzle between the two Brits!
Michelle Hutton has escaped the UK in search of a more freer life as a chef. One where her mum doesn’t break her dad’s heart, or her life isn’t arranged in marriage to stay up to date with her mother’s social circles. She’s, simply put, tired of being controlled in all aspects of her life. She finds herself in the middle of Zante Greece, where the summer sands are full of completely naked men and women engaging in all kinds of carnal aspects, and the people are all friendly. It’s where she meets Sam Clarke, a drop dead gorgeous man who takes picks her up off her feet…literally.
Sam Clarke took his sister and fled the UK to live a life free of adulterous parents and seeking happiness in Zante Greece. What he wasn’t counting on though, was rescuing a sexy as sin chef from a not so sexy man in the airport’s bar. But, he certainly can’t deny the sizzling hot pull he feels to the beautiful chef. With his past, and all his efforts going into helping others as a pro bono lawyer, he just can’t have a relationship now. However, his heart has other ideas.
These two were truly tortured souls, with parents who don’t believe in loyalty and a past to get over. When Sam introduces her to his sister, there’s a great connection there, and Michelle suddenly finds her self in the middle of a new life, a new job, and a beach where voyeurism is completely natural….and sends her passion off the charts! Can she help Sam past his past? Or will she be destined to be unhappy for the rest of her life? And can Sam help Michelle understand that independence can’t mean giving up happiness and a partnership for life?
I definitely recommend this 5 Book worthy book to everyone looking for a hot, sizzling summer fun! From instant attraction to voyeurism and carnal passion, this book will take you a fantastic ride of romance! I look forward to more of Ms. Leigh’s work in the future, as well as going back and seeing what other sexy, steamy works she has!
